Zucchini with cow’s cheese

Ingredients:

2-3 small courgettes, 200g cottage cheese, a very small onion, dill, mayonnaise, salt.

Method of preparation:

Zucchini with cow’s cheese are very good in the spring and in the summer. Boil the whole zucchini and then drain them on a sheet of paper. Cut the cooked (boiled) zucchini into small cubes (they must not contain any water). Mix the cottage cheese with the mayonnaise, chopped onion and dill, then add the courgettes. Mix very slowly.
Enjoy!

How to serve:
Serve the zucchini with cow’s cheese in a bowl garnished with tomatoes and peppers. You will be delighted by its taste.


Tuna with corn

Ingredients:
2 tins of flaked tuna (not whole), 1 tin of sweetcorn, juice of half a lemon, oil – if using.

Method of preparation:
Mix the contents of the tinned tuna and corn in a glass dish (for appearance), add the lemon juice to give a sour taste and possibly a few drops of oil.
if there is not enough in the can. Garnish with a few leaves of parsley or dill.

How to serve:
Serve cold as a starter.

Mititei (Romanian dish)

Ingredients:

1/2 kg of lean beef, 2 teaspoons of pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of thyme, salt.

Method of preparation:
Put the meat through the mincer 3 times, then add salt, pepper, baking soda and the thyme. Separately, make a sauce with the chopped garlic and 2 tablespoons of water.
Strain the sauce into the mince and mix well. Leave the mince to stand on ice or in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Spoon out equal amounts of the mince and use your hands to form
Form mussels of the same size. Place on a wooden base. Grill on a high heat.
