How to make pancakes filled with chopped ham and sour cream

Ingredients:

Flour (150 g), milk (300 ml), salt, finely chopped ham (300 g), lard (100 g), eggs (2), smintina, pepper.

Preparation:

To prepare very tasty pancakes with ham, fill the pancakes, prepared as above, with chopped ham, mixed with sour cream and pepper to taste. Roll the pancakes and cook for a few minutes.

How to serve:

Serve as they are or sprinkle with grated cheese.

Country omelette

Ingredients:

Eggs (5), lard or butter (1 tbsp), bacon (2 tbsp), spring onion (4 slices), dill, salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Place the eggs in a deep dish, add the above ingredients and beat well with a fork. Pour into the hot lard or butter. Fry on both sides and serve immediately.

Pancakes with nettles and dill (serves 10)

Ingredients:

Nettle (300 g), dill (1 tbsp), salt, flour (150 g), egg (1), lard (100 g).

Preparation:

Crumble the rue well with a fork, add the chopped dill and salt. Fill the pancakes with this mixture. 

Roll up the pancakes and place in an ovenproof dish or greased frying pan. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Meatballs with potatoes

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes (300 g), egg (1), flour (100 g), butter or shortening, salt.

Preparation:

Make a paste from the above ingredients and shape into small meatballs and fry in butter.

How to serve:

Serve as they are, sprinkled with grated cheese, or garnished with different types of roast.

Omelette with cheese

Ingredients:

Eggs (6), milk (6 tablespoons), lard (1 tablespoon), flour (1 teaspoon), cashews (100 g), salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Beat the egg yolks, flour and milk well with a fork. Add the beaten egg whites. Fry in hot fat.

How to serve:

Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese.
